The success of the 22nd Saudi Dental Society International Dental Conference merits the Society’s new set of officers. I thank all the members of the different committees and the support staff, who in one way or another, contributed to its success.

 

As the President of the Saudi Dental Society and Co-Chairman of the Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the King Saud University 14th International Dental Conference, the 23rd for the Saudi Dental Society. This year’s conference which will be held on February 6 to 8, 2012 at Riyadh International Exhibition Center with the theme “Emerging Horizons in Dentistry”, is a collaborative effort of King Saud University College of Dentistry and the Saudi Dental Society.

 

The main feature of this conference is a scientific program culminating from evaluations of various submitted research papers, deliberation thru reviews and discussions and selection of a highly qualified impressive research study.  We also have a great line up of distinguished speakers in different fields  who are capable of providing deep insights of their respective specialization.
Other highlights of the conference is the poster sessions that will run from Monday to Wednesday, and will be held along the corridors of the Riyadh International Exhibition Center where several high-tech companies will showcase their latest technological updates to the dentists.

Statistical reports illustrated an impressive demand for dental services, as a consequence, the College of Dentistry at King Saud University in collaboration with the Saudi Dental Society come up to a scientific event as this.

We are exceedingly privileged to invite you to attend and impart to us the new innovations of the renowned international speakers in various field of dentistry that will deliver better opportunity for the participants to update their knowledge, ideas and enhance their performance and expertise utilizing the state-of-the- art dental technology with the joint efforts of the national speakers and neighboring gulf countries.

 

Featuring this year’s activity is centered on “Emerging Horizons in Dentistry“ whereby selection of scientific lectures, workshops and continuing education courses has been arranged and organized to disseminate new approach, techniques and experiences in various dental modalities.
